Students will be able to:
-compare and contrast the structure and/or function of major organelles of plant and animal cells.
Students did the bell ringer form the powerpoint presentation, and then completed the powerpoint presentation on cells and their organelles.
Students colored plant and animal cells in order to compare and contrast them. You can find the handout at the top of this blog.
Students also used analogies to compare the cell and its organelles to cities or schools.
